Terms of Service

1. What Floou is

Floou is an online tool that helps you map processes, find bottlenecks, and run simple simulations. You can use it for free with limits (one flow, limited nodes) or upgrade to Pro for unlimited use.

2. Who provides it

The service is provided by Igor Nowosad, ul. Tuwima 1/11, 21-040 Świdnik. For questions about these terms or the service, contact us at igor.nowosad@me.com.

3. Your account

You need an account to save flows and use Pro. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for what happens on your account. You must give true and complete information when you sign up.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Floou only in line with these terms and the law. You must not use it to harm others, break any law, or try to bypass limits or security. We can suspend or end your access if we believe you have broken these rules.

5. Payments and subscriptions

• Pro plans: Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and on the website.
• Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. We will charge the card you gave us at the start of each billing period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your account (e.g. via “Manage subscription”, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal). After you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the paid period; then your plan becomes Free.
• Refunds: If you are in the European Union (or another region that gives you a legal right to withdraw), you may have the right to a refund within 14 days of your first payment. Otherwise, we do not refund partial months or years. For lifetime purchases, refunds are not offered unless required by law.
• Price changes: We may change prices for new subscriptions or renewals. We will give you notice (e.g. by email or in the app) before the new price applies to you. If you do not agree, cancel before the next renewal.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Their terms apply to the payment part of the transaction.

6. Your data

We use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You keep ownership of the content you create (e.g. flow names and structure). We need a limited license to store and show it to you and to run the service.

7. Disclaimers

Floou is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will be error-free or fit for any particular use. Analysis and simulation results are for guidance only; you are responsible for decisions you make based on them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profit or data. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending the contract

You can stop using Floou and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or for other important reasons (e.g. safety or legal). If we end your access without cause, we will refund any unused part of a pre-paid period where required by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for important changes, try to notify you (e.g. by email or a notice in the app). If you keep using Floou after the change, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel any subscription.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Świdnik. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the right to use your local consumer protection scheme.
